Skills follow the Agent Skills format, are validated at startup (name equals directory, strict frontmatter, resolvable relative links, reserved `io.modelcontextprotocol/` metadata prefix, 512 files and 16 MiB per skill), and every file is served as a resource at `skill://cademi//` with its sha256 digest and byte size announced in the manifest.
