Delete a department

DELETE/support/departments/{department_id}

Deletes a support department.

A department that still has tickets assigned to it, including deleted tickets, cannot be deleted. The request is rejected with the state_conflict error code and the department and its tickets remain unchanged. The tickets_count field of the department reflects these tickets.

Autonomous mode: the API credential secret, sent as a bearer token. Credential secrets are identified by a fixed prefix.

Update a department PATCH

Renames a support department. The `If-Match` header is optional. When supplied, it must contain the `ETag` returned by the retrieve operation; if the department has changed since then, the update is rejected.
